December 2009 - CAMCO amplifiers played their part in the celebration of German Unification Day, as the city of Berlin found many
unique ways to celebrate the fall of the wall.
Over 1 million people gathered in the streets near the Brandenburg Gate, to watch a parade of giant marionettes as they arrived
at the main stage for the Coca-Cola Soundwave finale concert - combining drama and spectacle with good old rock `n' roll!
Acoustic engineering specialists artecom Veranstaltungs GmbH & Co. KG designed and put into place a large networked system, which
included 14 delay towers to cover the huge crowd. 78x Vortex 6 amplifiers were used to power the main PA systems, with
additional input from Vortex 3 Quattro and DL3000 models, where performers included Barclay James Harvest.
