July 2005 - One of Britain's biggest rock bands Oasis is using CAMCO Vortex 6 amplifiers to power NEXO tangent-array systems for
their sell-out stadium shows in the UK, and for the forthcoming US tour.
Front-of-house engineer Bruce Johnston reports that ''this is probably the best system out there right now for Oasis, at this
level of touring, and I'm really happy not only about how it sounds to me, but also to fans and people in the industry. We've had
some great reports back.''
The CAMCO/NEXO combination, supplied by SSE Hire in the UK and Thunder Audio in the USA, is virtually identical to that used in
major festivals in the UK this summer, such as Download, Glastonbury, the V Festivals and Reading.
